Our Rental Homes - Knoxville, TN
We have been providing quality built and well managed single family and townhome rental homes in the Greater Knoxville area for over 15 years. Our company’s continuing commitment is to offer homes that are maintained in excellent condition and provide a safe and peaceful living environment to all of our tenants. Each home offers three to four bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Also, every home has a garage and all the single family homes have a fenced in backyard. Currently, we have a total of 45 different rental homes in four separate subdivisions; Gracewood, Settlers Ridge, Oakhurst and Whelahan Farm.
Additional Information: Pets are permitted, but all pets are subject to our discretion and approval. New tenants are required to sign a one year lease upon application approval. Each lease has a prompt payment discount feature which allows those who pay in a timely manner to save even more. First month’s rent and the security deposit are due upon signing of lease.
